Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick are spilling on their whirlwind relationship since documenting their super cute date earlier this month!

The Bachelor alums, who went on a date after Jason asked Kaitlyn out during her podcast Off The Vine, seem to be pretty official already.

After Jason visited Kaitlyn in Denver for their first date, she surprised him in Seattle, where she referred to herself as his “sweet girlfriend!”

Then, during a follow-up podcast, Kaitlyn spilled on their “life-changing” relationship.

“You’re good looking, you’re the sweetest person I ever met. You just have good intentions, you’re well raised, you’re just a little diamond in the rough,” Kaitlyn said.

She added, “We are so open and honest and like our communication is like so mature and healthy. And we’re very vulnerable. It’s life-changing actually.”

It sounds like things are going great for Kaitlyn and Jason!

Kaitlyn Bristowe is getting back into the dating scene after her split from Shawn Booth last year!

The 33-year-old Bachelorette star documented her super cute date with fellow Bachelor contestant Jason Tartick after he asked her to go out while making an appearance on her podcast Off the Vine.

The duo had a evening of “wine and dancing” while going out with friends on Friday night (January 11) in Denver, Colorado.

On their Instagram stories, Kaitlyn and Jason sang along to Carly Rae Jepsen‘s “Call Me Maybe” before hitting the dance floor together.

Since Jason flew into Kaitlyn‘s hometown, the date continued the next day when they were spotted getting brunch with a group of pals.

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth announced their split earlier this month after three years of being engaged after her season of The Bachelorette.

Now, Kaitlyn is speaking for the first time about her split in a new episode of her podcast, Off the Vine With Kaitlyn Bristowe.

“It’s been a really hard few months now. I really did think we’d get through it,” she said.

Then, it seemed as if she was fighting back tears while saying, “To be honest, I thought we would choose the road where we would end up together. I just never took our commitment, or being engaged, lightly at all. I had the mindset of doing whatever it took to make it work. And now realizing, maybe to a fault, with all the hard moments in life come life lessons and that’s what I need to take from all of this. Sometimes you need to take a moment and take a step back to think about what you are fighting for and if it make sense for your long-term happiness.”

She continued, “There were some important fundamental values that weren’t lining up” and “some things we’d probably never see eye-to-eye on.”

“I want to reiterate to people, what you saw on social media was real and what we had was real love. But when it comes to roadblocks, and those fundamental values and getting through thing together, I just don’t think we were on the same page—and it’s painful to admit that. But you need that foundation and you need that partnership if it’s going to last forever,” she added.

She continued, “I know that there are so many bright days ahead and, in a weird way, as much I was dreading releasing that statement and accepting it was the end, it has let me close the door on that thought of forever and start envisioning my new future ahead, which I am excited about. I hope with all of this I can choose to look forward and not in the rearview mirror at what could have been and what could have been different. I just hope, through this time, I can help other women who might going through a hard time, men too, knowing there is light at the end of the tunnel. And you always have to choose the right path for you and for your own happiness, even if that means battling heartbreak or hard times.”

Kaitlyn Bristowe is opening up about her relationship with Shawn Booth in a new episode of her podcast.

If you don’t know, the Bachelorette couple announced their split just last week.

“We met and had our first date, but I was also dating multiple men. So does that count as our anniversary? Or does our anniversary count as the time we got engaged?” Kaitlyn said about having a confusing anniversary date.

“He actually forgot our anniversary last year,” she continued during her talk with Wells Adams.

“He was like, ‘To be fair, you had just dumped a guy five minutes before deciding, I guess, I’ll pick this guy.’ Okay, you forgot our anniversary. At the end of the day, you’re being a d— right now. Just own that,” she added.

The episode of the podcast was recorded before Shawn and Kaitlyn announced their split.

The Bachelorette couple, who got engaged during the finale of Season 19 in 2015, confirmed the news in a statement to People on Friday (November 2).

“After three incredible years, we have decided to go our separate ways. This difficult decision comes after thoughtful, respectful consideration. Even though we are parting as a couple, we’re very much committed to remaining friends and we will continue to support each other. Due to the nature of how we met, our relationship has always been very public, and we have enjoyed sharing it with all of you, but we ask that you respect our decision and our privacy at this time,” the couple said in their statement.

The two faced speculation of a split in recent months after fans noticed the two were spending substantial time apart.

Kaitlyn live tweeted the experience and first posted, “Sitting in the emmys and my zipper just busted and my butt is exposed and I can’t get up and I dunno what to do.”

She added, “Here’s the kicker. I’m in the wrong seat and people are asking me to move.” But later followed up with, “The couple let me stay, and he offers me his jacket every time we have to stand. Chivalry is not dead.”

Then, she gave fans a photo as proof, writing, “Proof. It all opens up when I stand up. Right down to mid crack.”

Fans of Bachelor Nation’s Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth were concerned that they may have split up and ended their engagement.

Kaitlyn has been posting cryptic messages, and hasn’t posted a photo with Shawn since July 23, so fans became concerned.

“So here’s the truth. I’m in Canada because every single year I have made a promise to myself and my family that I will come up every August and enjoy downtime with the people that I love in a country that I love. Family is so important to me. Relationships in general are very important to me. I put relationships first,” she explained. “Shawn did not come up with me because the guy just bought a gym. He bought a business. He has started something huge. He is the most dedicated person I’ve ever met. He’s gonna have to be there for months … We are both so busy and unfortunately that means we’re spending all of this time apart,” Kaitlyn said on her Off the Vine podcast.

Kaitlyn added, “If you’ve ever been a person who is running a successful brand or business and a person who is doing the same but in a different career path you know times can be tough. You are both always away, you’re exhausted at the end of the day, sometimes the relationship isn’t being put first, but does that mean you call it quits? No. You love the sh-t out of each other and you work through it — and yourselves to be better. And you know that times aren’t always going to be smooth sailing. … You just have to get through those hurdles and enjoy the good times. Shawn and I are 110 percent committed to each other and, yes, we are still together.”

“To be honest, I didn’t think I would have to do this but also I shouldn’t be surprised. I was on a reality show that showed me getting engaged to somebody. [People] will become invested in us and our love story,” she continued. “I haven’t been wearing my engagement ring and not even noticing myself people have pointed out that I apparently haven’t been liking his photos on Instagram.”

Shawn and Kaitlyn‘s love story was followed on the 2015 season of The Bachelorette, which ended with them getting engaged.
