Addison Rae & Jimmy Fallon Get Backlash for Doing Uncredited TikTok Dances

Not everyone is loving Addison Rae‘s dance moves.

The 20-year-old TikTok star made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Friday (March 26), where she demonstrated several TikTok dances alongside Jimmy Fallon.

However, following the segment, Addison and Jimmy were called out in viral tweets for not crediting the Black creators who made many of those dances.

“I’m literally screaming,” one person wrote, with a side-by-side of the originator of the “Up” dance alongside Addison’s performance.

“This is why I bang on EVERYBODY about the economics and race of social media. ‘Tik tok dances.’ the names of the artists not there. The actual choreographers not there. She’s on national television but where are the Black kids who actually made these,” another person wrote.

“This is a miss @jimmyfallon. Let’s give credit to the black creators……,” wrote The View‘s Sunny Hostin.

“Setting aside the questions of ownership, just look at this video. It’s so miserable. Broken, exhausted culture,” added another.

“It’s kind of hard to credit during the show, but they all know I love them so much, and I support all of them so much. And hopefully one day we can meet up and dance together,” Addison said in an interview after the controversy.

Find out who she said inspired her debut single, “Obsessed.”

“I love Scotland. I’m Scottish. And I realized I wanted to create a TV show around Scotland and the Highlanders of Scotland,” Sam said.

He added, “I somehow convinced [Graham] to go on this road trip with me. I think I just promised him lots of fine meals and a five-star hotel, which he got none of. Meanwhile I try to put Graham in precarious situations ’cause he really isn’t a fan of being out of his comfort zone. So it’s comedy gold, really.”

He also shared a sneak peek of the latest episode, which focuses on witchcraft and superstitions.

“We love to burn witches [in Scotland], it’s one of our favorite pastimes,” Sam joked. “Actors and comedians are also considered untrustworthy, so you might be a contender to be burned at the stake.”

Shailene Woodley Confirms She's Engaged to Aaron Rodgers, Reveals Details We Didn't Know Yet

Shailene Woodley has confirmed some incredible news – she’s engaged to football player Aaron Rodgers!

The 29-year-old Divergent actress confirmed the news during an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which is airing on Monday (February 22).

The reports of the engagement surfaced after Aaron said he has a “fiancee” during an NFL Honors acceptance speech a couple weeks ago. The speech happened just days after we learned that he was dating Shailene, so everyone assumed she was the mystery fiancee.

“I’ve been reading that too, which is kind of funny… yes, we are engaged. But for us, it’s not new news. Everybody right now is freaking out over it, but we’re like, ‘Oh, we’ve been engaged for a while,’” she said. “Yeah, we got engaged a while ago and he’s first off a wonderful, incredible human being. But I never thought I’d be engaged with somebody who threw balls for a living. Like, I never thought as a little girl, I was like, ‘Yeah, when I grow up, I’m gonna marry someone who throws balls! Yeah!’ But he’s really just so good at it.”

Shailene talked about how her dog loves Aaron.

She said, “When I first met him, I think my dog like pulled me aside and was like, ‘If you don’t date this dude, I will disown you as my mother, because the three feet that I run with you when you throw a ball is nothing compared to the marathon I’m able to run with him.’”

Despite being engaged to one of the best football players alive, Shailene still has not been to one of his games as they only started dating during the pandemic.

“We met during this whacky, whacky time and all the stadiums were closed that he was playing in, so I have yet to go to a football game,” Shailene said. “I didn’t really grow up with sports, especially American sports. It was never really on my radar. When we met, also, I knew he was a football guy, but I didn’t know like what kind of a football guy he was. And I’m still constantly learning.”

Shailene doesn’t seem to understand the love for the game just yet.

“I don’t get it. He’s good. He’s great. But, like, I don’t understand. ‘Cause I don’t know him as a football guy. I know him as, like, the nerd who wants to host Jeopardy!. That’s the dude I know,” she said.

Rumors swirled that this Oscar-winning actress introduced the couple, but she just spoke out to deny the reports.

Cardi B Shocks Jimmy Fallon with the Surprising Meaning Behind Her New Song 'Up'

Cardi B is revealing the secret meaning behind her new lyrics!

In an interview with Jimmy Fallon for The Tonight Show on Thursday (February 11), the 28-year-old Grammy award winner shared the meaning behind the lyrics to her song “Up.”

When Jimmy asked about the line “If it’s up, then it’s stuck,” Cardi responded that it’s a phrase her husband Offset uses “a lot.” She added that she initially thought it was a “Georgia thing,” but that fans from other Southern states told her they also used the phrase.

Then Jimmy asked what the lyrics meant and was shocked by Cardi‘s explanation.

“Um, so have you ever taken a poop, right, and it don’t come out?” Cardi said. “It’s just up and it’s stuck. Yeah.”

Jimmy looked completely taken aback by her response and said after a long pause, “Alright. I mean, I guess you can take from it whatever you want. There’s other ways to look at it, I guess.”

“It’s a metaphorical quote,” Cardi added.

Andrew Rannells & Jimmy Fallon Recap 2020 with a Musical - Watch Now!

Andrew Rannells and Jimmy Fallon are looking back at the mess that was 2020.

The 42-year-old Boys in the Band actor stopped The Tonight Show on Monday (December 7) to recap the year with the help of Broadway songs.

In their musical sketch, Andrew and Jimmy sing about the pandemic, self-isolating at home, spending too much time on the game Animal Crossing.

“2020, oh what a journey,” Jimmy started. “How has one year felt like 30?” He then breaks in to songs with lyrics that included activities that we weren’t able to do because of the pandemic, like “seeing a concert,” “shopping for bedding” and attending a family reunion on a Disney cruise.

Andrew then joins in singing about Zoom meeting: “On top I’m dressed, waist down I’m a mess, I’m ready to work from home.”

“I think that I’m losing my sanity… I gotta leave this house,” the two sing together.

Set to tune of “Memory” from Cats, Jimmy sings: “Memories, drinking lattes at Starbucks…Sitting crammed into tables, with nowhere to put my arms.”

The recap musical also included the election, Moderna vaccine and attending outdoor birthday parties.

“When 2020 started it was supposed to be my year,” Andrew sings. “So, what happened? Took a shower once a month, while trembling in fear, God what happened? A Virus that infects the entire world.”
