Female agents from around the globe join forces to save the world in the upcoming movie The 355 and the action-packed trailer has been released!

Jessica Chastain, Penelope Cruz, Diane Kruger, Lupita Nyong’o, and Fan Bingbing star in the new movie, which was directed by Dark Phoenix‘s Simon Kinberg.

Here is the synopsis: When a top-secret weapon falls into mercenary hands, wild card CIA agent Mason “Mace” Brown (Chastain) will need to join forces with rival badass German agent Marie (Kruger), former MI6 ally and cutting-edge computer specialist Khadijah (Nyong’o), and skilled Colombian psychologist Graciela (Cruz) on a lethal, breakneck mission to retrieve it, while also staying one-step ahead of a mysterious woman, Lin Mi Sheng (Bingbing), who is tracking their every move. As the action rockets around the globe from the cafes of Paris to the markets of Morocco to the wealth and glamour of Shanghai, the quartet of women will forge a tenuous loyalty that could protect the world—or get them killed.

Also starring in the movie are Sebastian Stan and Edgar Ramirez.

The 355 will hit theaters on January 15, 2021. Watch the trailer below!

Jessica Chastain is heading to television for an upcoming series about country music legend Tammy Wynette!

The limited series will be titled George & Tammy and it will follow Tammy‘s relationship with George Jones. The series will be based on a book written by the couple’s daughter, Georgette Jones.

Abe Sylvia, a co-executive producer on Netflix’s Dead to Me, created the series and he will be executive producing it with Jessica, Josh Brolin, and American Sniper‘s Andrew Lazar, according to Deadline.

The series will premiere first on Spectrum Originals and nine months later, it will air on the upcoming ViacomCBS streaming service and Paramount Network.

“I am humbled to bring this incredible story to life with the breadth it deserves and that the Charter platforms allow,” Abe said in a statement. “Tammy Wynette is an American icon, and I can think of no one better to illuminate the woman behind the legend than Jessica Chastain. After having the honor of penning The Eyes of Tammy Faye for Freckle Films and Searchlight, I so look forward to another collaboration with her. This has indeed been a passion project for Andrew, Josh and me – and we are so grateful to our partners Katherine Pope, Keith Cox and David Glasser for tirelessly championing our labor of love.”

The 43-year-old Zero Dark Thirty actress was spotted making a trip to her local CVS on Saturday (April 18) to pick up some essentials in Palos Verdes, Calif.

Jessica was seen grabbing a box of diapers for her newborn, as well as wrapping paper. She stuck to safety guidelines amid the global health crisis, wearing a mask and gloves on her shopping trip, and was seen wiping down her door handle and steering wheel before heading home.

It was reported that Jessica may have welcomed her second child at the end of March. She and husband Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo welcomed their first child, Giulietta, via surrogate in April 2018.

Rumors of swirling that Jessica Chastain may have welcomed her second child into the world!

The two-time Oscar-nominated actress was spotted holding a baby in a carrier while going for a stroll on Wednesday (March 25) in Santa Monica, Calif.

Jessica was also joined by her husband Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo and their 23-month-old daughter, Giulietta. “They were really enjoying themselves,” a source told Page Six. “The baby seemed to be sleeping soundly the entire time.”

The couple welcomed Giulietta via surrogate in April 2018 and the news wasn’t revealed until over six months later.

Jessica and Gian Luca started dating in 2012 and they got married in June 2017 in Italy.

After a fan tweeted an interview of the 42-year-old actress and Oscar Isaac, Jessica teased that a sequel to A Most Violent Year might be in the works.

A Most Violent Year was released in 2014 and follows a fuel supplier (Isaac) as he tries to adhere to his own moral compass amid the rampant violence, corruption and decay that threaten his family and his business.
