Fear the Walking Dead‘s Jenna Elfman is a practicing Scientologist and despite the controversy surrounding the religion, she’s not here for it.

“The controversy is boring,” the 48-year-old actress revealed the Us Weekly. “It’s nothing to me. I know what I know, and how much it helps me.” She added that the Church of Scientology has helped her “stay grounded.”

Some celebrities who have spoken out about Scientology include Leah Remini, who formerly practiced but left. Leah has slammed Scientology and the figureheads over the years numerous times.

It’s rare to hear comments from celebrity Scientologists, which include Tom Cruise, Elisabeth Moss and John Travolta.

The co-stars stepped out for the event held on Monday (September 23) in West Hollywood, Calif.

They were joined by their castmates Eleanor Matsuura, Christian Serratos, Cailey Fleming, Ross Marquand, Cooper Andrews, Avi Nash, Thora Birch, Nadia Hilker, Chris Hardwick, Alanna Masterson, Greg Nicotero, Danai Gurira, Angel Theory, Seth Gilliam, Callan McAuliffe, Nadine Marissa, Khary Payton, Cassady McClincy, Melissa McBride, and Austin Amelio.

Also in attendance were Fear the Walking Dead‘s Alexa Nisenson, Jenna Elfman, and Karen David.

Jeffrey‘s wife Hilarie Burton and singer Marilyn Manson were also there to show their support.

Season 10 of The Walking Dead premieres on October 6 on AMC!

Exciting news for Fear the Walking Dead fans!

The show’s stars Danay Garcia, Alexa Nisenson, Austin Amelio, Karen David, and Jenna Elfman stopped by the Pizza Hut Lounge at 2019 Comic-Con International on Thursday (July 18) in San Diego.

At the event, it was announced that the series has been renewed for season six at AMC, Variety reports.

Additionally, it was revealed that Colby Minifie, Peter Jacobson, and Colby Hollman will be joining the cast.

The second half of season five of Fear the Walking Dead will premiere on August 11!

The cast of Fear the Walking Dead stopped by the WonderCon panel for the show on Sunday (March 31) at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif.

Stars of the show Ruben Blades, Colman Domingo, Austin Amelio, Garret Dillahunt, Lennie James, Jenna Elfman, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Alexa Nisenson, Danay Garcia, and Maggie Grace all posed for photos at the event.

The show will return to AMC on June 2.

The cast of Fear The Walking Dead shared a brand new trailer at Comic-Con!

The entire cast took the stage for a panel discussion during the convention on Friday (July 20) in San Diego, Calif.

Co-stars Colman Domingo, Lennie James, Garret Dillahunt, Jenna Elfman, Danay Garcia, Maggie Grace and Alycia Debnam-Carey all chatted about the show’s upcoming fourth season, before revealing the trailer.

The cast also took part in an autograph signing session and checked out the Fear The Walking Dead installation outside the convention.
