Jaime King Stars in LP's Music Video for 'One Last Time'

Jaime King is starring in a new music video!

The actress and filmmaker appears in the clip for singer-songwriter LP‘s “One Last Time,” which debuted on Friday (March 12),

The video was shot at the historic Paramour Estate in Los Angeles, and is the directorial debut of Stephen “Norswrthy” Schofield, who is best known for his photo duo LOWFIELD’s work with acts like Halsey and Taylor Swift.

“The video for ‘One Last Time’ is trying to capture the inherent drama of the song, of course, where the days that you share with your love and your friends mean truly everything in the end. We never know who or what will take us away from those moments,” LP explains.

This is the third single from LP‘s highly anticipated album due out later in 2021.

“It about the fleeting nature of relationships, romantic or otherwise, and how every moment is precious. No matter how little or much we get of someone we find ourselves fantasizing about the past with them and the things we wished we’d said or done before our time together was through.”

Jaime King Is First Client Back at Salon Re-Opening, Asks Governor to Drop Charges Against Salon

Jaime King gets her hair cut by stylist Ted Gibson on the first day of the salon STARRING by Ted Gibson’s public re-opening on Monday (August 17) in Los Angeles.

The Black Summer actress was the first client back in Ted‘s chair, exactly five months after salons in California were originally shut down by the governor.

The salon is socially distanced with chairs at least 8.5 feet apart and within their own private station. The salon is also by appointment only with no front desk and no assistants. It’s also completely cashless and without retail products. The salon is following all of the CDC guidelines that were officially endorsed in July.

The state of California has not given a timetable for salons to reopen indoor services and Ted received a citation from the police at the reopening.

“Despite the discrimination he’s experienced throughout his life, Ted has always worked to lead by example — the @STARRING Salon (co-founded with Jason Backe) is a reflection of his commitment to supporting local communities and being a part of keeping our economy up and running,” Jaime wrote on her Instagram account. “By opening up the salon yesterday, Ted and Jason stood in solidarity with many of the 53,000 State Board of Barbering & Cosmetology licensed establishments who have implemented COVID-compliant safety protocols and are choosing to make customer & employee safety a priority.

Ted, I am so proud of you for always standing up for yourself and pushing things forward for your entire industry! ❤️ #SaveOurSalons. We are asking @gavinnewsom and the @MayorofLA to drop these charges and #OpenSalonsNow!” she added.

Kyle Newman Responds to Jaime King's Divorce Filing, Is Seeking Full Custody

Kyle Newman has responded to his estranged wife Jaime King‘s divorce filing and he is requesting full custody of their two kids.

The 44-year-old Fanboys director says that Jaime, 41, is a “chronic drug addict and alcoholic” and he says she refuses to get help for her opioid addictions, according to TMZ.

Kyle staged an intervention on January 12 with 14 of Jaime‘s friends and told her that she needed to get treatment “or the kids and I need to leave for their own safety.” He says she checked into a rehab facility in Utah, but left shortly after.

Jaime was filming her Netflix series Black Summer in Canada in February and Kyle says that she asked him to send their two sons – James Knight, 6, and Leo Thames, 4 – to spend a couple weeks with her, but that she sent them back to him after three days.

Kyle has been quarantining with the kids in Pennsylvania and says that Jaime has only seen the boys for three days in the past two months. He says that she accused him of “stealing” the kids while they were laying out the plans for their divorce and he claims she threatened to ruin him.

Jaime filed for divorce on May 18 and she requested a domestic violence restraining order and was granted a temporary one. He is requesting sole physical custody and shared legal custody of their two kids. He also wants Jaime out of their family home so that he can raise the kids there.

A judge has rejected Kyle‘s request for an emergency order for custody and they will both have the chance to argue their cases in court at a later date. The kids will remain in his custody for the time being.

Jaime‘s rep responded to the latest filming and told JustJared.com, “This is another vicious, failed attempt of Kyle to continue his abuse of Jaime and manipulate the court system. Today Kyle was denied all requests for emergency orders and the judge granted Jaime shared legal custody of their two children. The temporary domestic violence restraining order remains in place to protect Jaime.”
