Glen Powell is celebrating his girlfriend Gigi Paris‘ birthday in the sweetest way!
The 32-year-old Top Gun: Maverick actor took to his Instagram on Monday (June 14) to put up a birthday post for Gigi, who just turned 29.
Glen and Gigi have been dating for over a year and they made their public event debut back in February 2020 at the Unforgettable Evening event. You can see those photos in the gallery!

Glen Powell is sharing his love for girlfriend Gigi Paris on Instagram for Valentine’s Day.
The Top Gun: Maverick star shared a cute image of the two going on a dirt bike ride together.
Holding hands between their bikes, Glen captioned “My Ride or Die. Happy Valentines Day, y’all!”
Gigi also posted a picture of the two on her feed, with a much sweeter caption, too.
“obsessed with you, my valentine, my favorite dancer, my neighbor, my partner in crime, my All American Hemsworth,” she wrote, adding three heart emojis to the post.
In the photo, Gigi and Glen are leaning in for a sweet kiss in front of a romantic sunset.

Jonathan Majors and Glen Powell have signed on to star in a Korean War movie called Devotion, according to Deadline.
The two actors are rumored to star as Jesse Brown and Tom Hudner in the movie, who were real life U.S. Navy fighter pilots.
The two young men are from different worlds and were initiated together into the VF-32 squadron. They are pushed to their limits, testing and flying a new design of fighter jet, but their friendship is tested when one of them is shot down behind enemy lines.

Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions acquired the film, and Sony Pictures will distribute in North America. CAA Media Finance brokered the deal with STX.

Glen Powell is ready to get in a good workout!
The 31-year-old Top Gun: Maverick star was spotted looking gym-ready as he headed off to his workout with actor Oliver Trevena on Saturday (July 18) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Glen looked fit in a sleeveless shirt and shorts.
Earlier in the year, Glen said the best part of the experience of filming Top Gun was “getting to work with Tom Cruise. I basically got Tom Cruise film school every day on set. He’d tell me to watch a movie, I’d watch it that night and then we’d talk about it the next day. For an entire year I got to learn how he makes movies.” See what else he said!

Glen Powell is honoring his childhood friend, police officer Justin Putman, who was tragically killed in the line of duty on April 18th, 2020 in San Marcos, Texas.
Justin and two other officers were gunned down when reporting to a house after receiving a 911 call. The gunman then turned the gun on himself. The other two officers remain in critical condition.
“He’d been one of my closest friends since I was eleven years old,” reminisced Glen, who next stars in the Top Gun reboot. “This past week I’ve been reflecting on our friendship, living in memories, watching old videos, and trying to sum up someone who marched alongside me in so many different chapters of my life and whose approach to life really helped define my own.”
“Justin was a spark of joy. He was goofy, enthusiastic, fearless, and loyal. Justin loved everyone and everyone loved him; he had an ability to make everyone feel like his best friend. It’s what made him a great officer. He was the type of guy you wanted to carry that badge.”
“But I can’t think of Justin without thinking of the twinkle of mischief in his eyes. He would do just about anything for a good story or to make people laugh. I always found it truly hilarious that the guy who convinced me to break more laws as a teenager became a police officer. But it made sense because he was always a protector, of his family, his friends, and to anyone who needed help. He always said that being an officer gave him such happiness because everyday he could come to the rescue of someone in need.”
“These are uncertain times that highlight the things we can take for granted. But more importantly the people we can take for granted. Tomorrow isn’t promised, but today please thank the men and women putting themselves in harm’s way to ensure our safety.”

The Top Gun: Maverick star appears in Bloomingdale‘s Spring 2020 Mix Masters Menswear campaign, which was released on Thursday (March 12).

As part of the campaign, he also participated in a Q&A about his role in Top Gun, as well as his sense of style.
“My dad introduced me to it when I was 10. I think for fathers and sons the movie is sort of like teaching your kid baseball. Every dad wants to pass it along. Right after watching it, I signed up for acting classes. There’s probably three movies that are responsible for me being an actor and Top Gun is at the top,” he said of the film franchise.

Glen Powell is officially a licensed pilot!
The Top Gun: Maverick star revealed the big news on his Instagram today, and credited co-star Tom Cruise for helping him achieve one of his dreams.
“Try not falling in love with aviation after living out every pilot’s dream while shooting @topgunmovie,” Glen captioned with a video on his feed. “Especially when you see the way @tomcruise flexes it. After wrapping a shooting day, Tom would rocket off into the sunset in his P-51 while I would limply shuffle into the cast van.”
Glen revealed that Tom was a major factor in obtaining his license too: “…For Christmas, Tom bought me an iPad with my flight school downloaded and prepaid. And yesterday, after months of flying, studying, and testing…I’m the real deal.”
