Miley Cyrus Covers The Doors' 'Roadhouse Blues' At 'Morrison Hotel' Anniversary Party

Miley Cyrus celebrates the 50th anniversary of The DoorsMorrison Hotel album at the Sunset Marquis Hotel on Saturday night (February 8) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 27-year-old entertainer hit the stage alongside Andrew Watt to perform at the celebration.

Miley covered The Doors‘ song “Roadhouse Blues” with the band’s guitarist Robby Krieger. Check out a clip of her performance on her Instagram right here!

Also in attendance at the event were Dennis Quaid, Gary Clark, Jr, Michael Bolton, Alex Greenwald, and more.

The night before, Miley and her ex-husband Liam Hemsworth were seen leaving the same pre-Oscars party just minutes apart.

Camila Cabello & Ben Platt Perform in a Tribute to Education at Grammys 2020

Camila Cabello and Ben Platt appear on stage while performing in a tribute to music education at the 2020 Grammy Awards on Sunday (January 26) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The two young stars joined lots of other artists like John Legend, Cyndi Lauper, Gary Clark Jr., Joshua Bell, Misty Copeland, Lang Lang, Common, The War and Treaty, and Lee Curreri during the performance.

As part of a tribute to Grammys producer Ken Ehrlich and his commitment to music education, the artists all performed “I Sing the Body Electric” from the movie Fame.

“It was pretty plain to me that, you know, rather than to put together a montage of great Grammy moments, which everybody has seen now a lot of times, … that this was a fresh way of doing something that really represented what I’ve tried to do with the Grammys,” Ehrlich told the Associated Press. “And it’s consistent with what the mission of the Academy is with regard to music education and music of the schools.”

Johnny Depp, Alice Cooper, John Legend & More Honor Aerosmith at MusiCares Person of the Year Event

The two musicians joined many of their peers including John Legend, Cheap Trick, Sammy Hagar, REO Speedwagon, Gavin DeGraw, Dave Grohl, Jason Mraz, Orianthi, and Gary Clark, Jr., plus host Russell Brand, at the event.

Aerosmith is being recognized as the 2020 MusiCares Person of the Year in recognition of their considerable philanthropic efforts over five decades and undeniable impact on American music history.

Proceeds raised during the tribute will go towards providing support for MusiCares, a charity founded by the Recording Academy that ensures music people have a place to turn in times of financial, medical and personal need.

The 33-year-old musician stepped out for the event held at Madison Square Garden on Sunday (January 28) in New York City.

He paired his velvet ensemble with a matching polka-dot belt, grey suede jacket, brown hat, brown printed shoes, and an assortment of jewelry.

Gary snapped a pic on the carpet with singer Meli’sa Morgan.

Gary and Jon Batiste will take the stage to perform a tribute to Fats Domino and Chuck Berry.
