TRIGGER WARNING: The following content might be triggering for those who have faced abuse.

“I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission,” Evan said in a statement on her Instagram. “I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives.”

She concluded the statement by saying, “I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent.”

Evan posted her story on her Instagram account hours ago, and then reposted other stories by women who are also alleging abuse against Manson.

One of the women included text message screengrabs, like the one below, to show the abuse.

Evan Rachel Wood Explains Why She Won't Use Siri or Alexa

Evan Rachel Wood is opening up about her work on the HBO series Westworld and how it has led her to being more careful about the technology she uses in real life.

“It certainly has made me look at the world differently. I do not have Alexa. I turn Siri off,” the 32-year-old actress said in a new interview with Variety.

“It genuinely has maybe perked my ears up a little more about things, and just ask more questions. I think there’s a lot of technology out there right now that is moving very rapidly, and so fast that I think it’s hard for a lot of us to keep up,” Evan added. “The more we don’t understand it, then the more out of control we are, and the more vulnerable we are to have it control us in a way.”

Without giving spoilers away right here, make sure to check out what happened at the end of Westworld‘s season three and learn the fate of ERW‘s beloved character.
