Diddy is going under the knife again.

The 50-year-old entertainer took to Instagram on Saturday (February 22) to share a video from his hospital bed as he prepared for surgery to repair a torn tendon in his quadriceps.

“I just found out yesterday, they squeezed me in for today,” Diddy said. “Pray for ya boy…I’m gonna see you all next time and make it up y’all.”

Diddy went on to explain he’s “one of the most accident-prone people in the world,” before adding, “I’m clumsy. I trip. I fall. I fall in holes. It’s always been like that.”

Diddy then shared this is his fourth surgery in two years.

“This is my fourth surgery in two years,” Diddy said. “I’ve had two rotator cuffs, a knee replacement, and now it’s on quad. At the end of the day, this is God’s work to slow me down, take better care of my body and eat right — and just stop treating my body like a machine.”

“I just wanna be honest with ya and say to everybody else that’s clumsy and accident-prone, I pray for you,” Diddy concluded. “Pray for me. This is gonna be my last surgery, I promise.”

Diddy pulled off an epic surprise on The Ellen DeGeneres Show!

Airing Thursday (February 20), the 50-year-old musician got the chance to surprise eight children from the Fighting All Monsters organization, a nonprofit that supports families with children suffering from life-threatening illnesses.

The kids - Layla, Ke’Yair, Zoey, Imani, Phillip, Maddie, Will, and Baylee - recently went viral after sharing a video of them dancing to his song, “Bad Boys for Life”.

Diddy even danced with the kids to celebrate the anthem for the organization.

Later on, Ellen revealed a $25,000 donation to the organization, courtesy of Shutterfly.

Diddy slammed the Recording Academy and the Grammys ahead of the show’s big Sunday night awards ceremony.

While accepting an award as the 2020 Grammy Salute to Industry Icons honoree at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammys Gala, he honed in on the current situation for artists during a 50-minute acceptance speech.

“There’s something that I need to say to the Grammys — and I say this with love,” Diddy told the crowd. “Every year y’all be killing us. I’m speaking for all the artists and executives: in the great words of Erykah Badu, ‘We are artists and we are sensitive about our sh–.’ For most of us, this is all we’ve got. This is our only hope.”

“Truth be told, hip-hop has never been respected by the Grammys. Black music has never been respected by the Grammys,” Diddy continued.

“So right now, with this current situation, it’s not a revelation. This thing been going on — not just in music, but in film, sports, around the world. And for years we’ve allowed institutions that have never had our best interests at heart to judge us — and that stops right now,” Diddy said while the crowd cheered, Variety reports.

“I’m officially starting the clock: you’ve got 365 days to get this sh— together. We need the artists to take back control, we need transparency, we need diversity. This is the room that has the power to [force] the change that needs to be made. They have to make the changes for us: They’re a non-profit organization that is supposed to protect the welfare of the musical community. That’s what is says on the mission statement: they work for us,” he added.

Diddy concluded with, “It’s going to take all of us to get this done. I’m here for the artists, so sign me up.”

Rihanna and T.I. are all smiles as they hang out at Roc Nation’s 2020 Pre-Grammys Brunch on Saturday afternoon (January 25) in Los Angeles.

The 31-year-old singer/Fenty designer looked pretty in a sparkling, gold outfit while the 39-year-old rapper sported an bright, yellow outfit for the event.
