Colton Haynes arrives home after picking up lunch on Wednesday afternoon (August 5) in Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old Teen Wolf actor kept things cool and sporty in a black T-shirt and running shorts as he stepped out to grab a bite to eat.

Colton recently took to Instagram to share an important message about mental health amid the ongoing pandemic.

“It’s been a while…but I’m finally feeling like myself again,” Colton wrote. “This year has been incredibly difficult for everyone & I hope y’all are taking time to be good to yourselves.”

Colton continued: “Something I’ve struggled with since I was a kid but I’ve been doing some intense work on myself the last few yrs & finally feel like I’ve made immense progress with my mental/physical health during quarantine. Sending love to everyone reading this 😘😘😘”

Earlier during the pandemic, Colton adopted a kitten and named him after this Oscar-nominated actor!

The 31-year-old Arrow actor showed off his buff arms in a dark purple T-shirt paired with jeans, sunglasses, and a face mask as he stepped out to do a little shopping.

In order to give himself some company during the ongoing quarantine, Colton recently adopted a cat, which he named after Timothee Chalamet!

Colton recently took to Instagram to share a couple super cute pics with his cat.

“My cat Timmy has a million personalities & im constantly covered in hair…a thread,” Colton captioned the below post.

Colton Haynes adopted a cute little kitty cat amid the pandemic and named him in honor of ingenue Timothee Chalamet.

“I was born to be a cat dad,” the 31-year-old actor shared on his YouTube channel. “Meet my son…Timothee Chalameow :) Also…meet the awkward personalities living inside my head lol. I can’t wait to get back to work haha. Love y’all!” Meow!

But it wasn’t all love. “He attacked me because someone walked up to the door to deliver something,” Colton shared. “He freaked out and attacked me. But the silver lining is he attacked me in a chic way, or at least in a super chic placement.”

While pointing to his neck region, Colton continued, “Look, he attacked me exactly like a sexy vampire bite. I don’t think it’s a bad look to be honest.”

And as the proud owner of a new cat, Colton had a legitimate question to ask. “Do you think I should get him declawed?” he asked his fans. “I don’t know if it’s going to be scandalous but man, his claws are insane. He’s an indoor cat, he’s not going to go outside but I don’t know what the protocol on that. Also, he just farted in my face. Wow.”

Earlier this month, Colton lost his dear sister Julie to cancer.

Colton Haynes is mourning the loss of his sister Julie.

“I’m at a loss for words. My beautiful sister Julie passed away from a long battle with Cancer. My heart hurts,” the 31-year-old actor announced on his Instagram. “Trying my hardest to focus on being grateful that she doesn’t have to suffer any longer & remembering all the incredible times we’ve had together…but I just feel absolutely gutted that our family can’t be together to hold one another during this crippling time. I feel you here with me more than ever Julie.❤️”

Our thoughts are with Colton and his family during this tragic time.
