Colin Farrell holds onto two full bags of items as he leaves Gelson’s Market in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon (December 22).

The 44-year-old masked up actor left quite a few buttons unbuttoned on his shirt while making his way back to his car for the drive home.

Colin had purchased a few things ahead of Christmas Day, which happens on Friday.

Over the weekend, Colin was also seen out fueling up his car before running some other holiday errands.

After the new year arrives, Colin will be back to work on The Batman, as he’ll be playing The Penguin in the Matt Reeves film with Robert Pattinson and Zoe Kravitz.

Colin also has some other projects he’s been working on, including Voyagers, and After Yang. The two films are expected to be out in 2021.

He’ll also appear in BBC Two’s The North Water limited series. It was supposed to air this year, however, a release date still hasn’t been announced. Stay tuned for more info on the project.

Colin also stayed safe in a face mask during his day out in public.

Colin is back in the United States after spending a couple of weeks filming his upcoming movie The Batman.

Back in October, Colin looked completely unrecognizable dressed up as the Penguin while he filmed a funeral scene with co-stars Robert Pattinson and Zoe Kravitz.

Robert Pattinson looks glum while getting back into action as Bruce Wayne while filming scenes for The Batman in Liverpool, England on Wednesday afternoon (October 14).

The 34-year-old actor donned his oversized suit and tie as he filmed alongside a double who was filling in for Zoe Kravitz (Selina Kyle/Catwoman) and an unrecognizable Colin Farrell (The Penguin) as they shot was seemed to be a funeral scene.

The three actors shot the scene a few times and Robert was spotted getting his makeup touched up by a crew member in a mask.

Earlier in the week, Robert was seen in the iconic Batsuit and racing around on the motorcycle the night crusader owns.

Robert Pattinson and Colin Farrell are getting back into character.

The 34-year-old Twilight star and the 44-year-old Phone Booth actor were spotted on the set of the upcoming The Batman filming scenes on Tuesday (October 13) in Liverpool, United Kingdom.

Colin once again looked unrecognizable as he got into character as The Penguin during the filming of the movie. The film resumed production this week after shutting down due to Robert, who plays the titular superhero (also known as Bruce Wayne), being diagnosed with coronavirus.

One day before, we got our very first look at Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman/Selina Kyle as well. John Turturro, who plays Carmine Falcone was also on set, and was linking arms with Zoe as they filmed together.

The 44-year-old Irish actor stopped by a restaurant to pick up lunch to go on Monday afternoon (August 31) in Los Feliz, Calif.

Colin showed off his toned arms in a sleeveless, purple T-shirt paired with a camouflage-print bandana wrapped around his head while staying safe in black face mask for his outing.

Just last weekend, the first trailer for Colin‘s upcoming movie The Batman was released, starring Robert Pattinson as the superhero. Colin looks completely unrecognizable as Penguin in the trailer!

Danny DeVito, who played Penguin in the 1992 movie Batman Returns, recently shared a warning with Colin about playing the villain.

The Batman is currently scheduled to be released in theaters in 2021.

The 75-year-old actor, who played Penguin aka Oswald Cobblepot in the 1992 movie Batman Returns, said he’s looking forward to 44-year-old actor playing the villainous role in upcoming movie.

“I haven’t spoken to him since, but I’m really looking forward to it,” Danny shared with Collider. “I think that no matter what, he’s gonna be great because he’s a great actor.”

Danny then (jokingly) gave Colin a warning about playing Penguin.

“The only thing he has to worry about is that Oswald Cobblepot will show up at his house…” Danny said before giving a Penguin grunt.
