The film is set during the last days of the Ottoman Empire and follows “a love triangle between Michael, a brilliant medical student, the beautiful and sophisticated Ana, and Chris – a renowned American journalist based in Paris.”

The Promise is set to hit theaters on April 21.

The premiere of the new film The Promise brought out a bunch of stars.

Both Orlando Bloom and Nina Dobrev stepped out in style at TCL Chinese Theatre on Wednesday night (April 12) in Hollywood.

They joined the cast, which includes Christian Bale, Angela Sarafyan, and Charlotte Le Bon, on the red carpet.

The film is set during the last days of the Ottoman Empire and follows “a love triangle between Michael, a brilliant medical student, the beautiful and sophisticated Ana, and Chris – a renowned American journalist based in Paris.”

The 37-year-old actor was also joined by his co-stars Angela Sarafyan, Charlotte Le Bon, Shohreh Aghdashloo, and Marwan Kenzari, as well as director Terry George and producer Eric Esrailian.

The day before, the group – plus Christian Bale – premiered the movie at TIFF.

Oscar, Angela, Shohreh, and Marwan also stopped by the Variety TIFF Studio presented by Airbnb and snapped some pictures.

The actors were joined at the event by their co-stars Cillian Murphy and Ana Geislerova, as well as director Sean Ellis.

Jamie Dornan suits up while starring in the trailer for the new movie Anthropoid.

The 34-year-old actor stars alongside Cillian Murphy, Charlotte Le Bon, and Toby Jones in the WWII movie set to hit theaters on August 12.

Anthropoid is based on the extraordinary true story of Operation Anthropoid, the World War II mission to assassinate SS General Reinhard Heydrich. The Reich’s third in command after Hitler and Himmler, Heydrich was the main architect behind the Final Solution and the leader of occupying Nazi forces in Czechoslovakia whose reign of terror prompted Allied soldiers (Murphy and Dornan) to hatch a top-secret mission that would change the face of Europe forever.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt looks super handsome while stepping out for the premiere of his new film The Walk held during the 2015 New York Film Festival at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center on Saturday (September 26) in New York City.

The 34-year-old actor was joined on the carpet by his co-star Charlotte Le Bon, as well as Orange is the New Black‘s Kate Mulgrew and Nurse Jackie‘s Edie Falco.

“Philippe [Petit] insisted that he be the first one to teach me how to walk on the wire,” Joseph told the audience (via Business Insider). “He doesn’t do anything half way, this guy, so he orchestrated this really elaborate workshop. It was just me and him all day long for eight days straight, and he said ‘by the end of these eight days you’ll be able to walk on the wire by yourself,’ and I thought that sounded ambitious, but he’s such a positive thinker. By the end of those eight days I did walk on a wire by myself.”
