BTS, Anitta, Chance The Rapper & More Set For GMA's Summer Concert Series 2021!

Good Morning America is ready for a full summer of must-see concerts!

The show has lined up a ton of superstar artists, including BTS, Pitbull, Anitta and even Chance The Rapper to perform for their Summer Concert Series, that will kick off later this month.

While last year, the Summer Concert Series took place virtually, this year’s is planned to be entirely in person and is typically hosted in Central Park.

GMA’s Summer Concert Series can also be streamed live on the “GMA” show or streamed on the ABC app, YouTube TV, or Hulu + Live TV.

“We still have a few surprise performances we’re not ready to share just yet, but trust me there are amazing concerts coming your way,” co-anchor Lara Spencer said in the announcement on the show earlier today.

Dionne Warwick & Chance The Rapper To Team Up On Charity Single Days After Viral Twitter Exchange

It’s official – Chance the Rapper and Dionne Warwick are teaming up for a brand new song!

Just days after their tweet exchange went viral, Dionne announced the news that she had teamed up with Chance for a new single called “Nothing’s Impossible”, written by her son, Damon Elliott.

According to a release, the track will also feature more artists that will be announced shortly.

“My Mom and I had a moment to speak with Chance after she Tweeted him about the word ‘The’ in his name,” Damon shared in a statement. “They had such an amazing conversation that led to them discussing the Hunger Not Impossible initiative – they’ll receive portions of proceeds from her upcoming 80th birthday/holiday celebration which will be streamed live on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 7 pm EST. The result of our conversation with Chance is this new single we’ll be recording soon and we’re all looking forward to this collaboration.”

Dionne added, “We’re trying to make this something that will permeate the entire Earth, so that there are no more hungry people everywhere or anywhere.”

Dionne recently disputed reports that she’s not the one behind her Twitter account, despite saying so in an interview.

Dionne Warwick Questions Chance the Rapper & The Weeknd's Stage Names, & Chance Responds!

Dionne Warwick has posed an interesting question on Twitter!

The 79-year-old entertainer took to Twitter on Saturday (December 5) to ask why Chance the Rapper why he has “the Rapper” in his stage name.

“Hi, @chancetherapper. If you are very obviously a rapper why did you put it in your stage name? I cannot stop thinking about this,” Dionne first tweeted.

She then added, “I am now Dionne the Singer.”

Dionne then followed up with, “’Holy’ by Justin the Bieber @justinbieber and @chancetherapper is one of my favorite songs right now.”

Chance then responded to Dionne, totally freaking out that she knows who he is.

“Sorry I’m still freaking out that u know who I am. This is amazing!” Chance tweeted back at Dionne.

She then replied, “Of course I know you. You’re THE rapper. Let’s rap together. I’ll message you.”

Chance then responded, “I will be whatever you wanna call me Ms Warwick. God bless you.”

Chance wasn’t the only entertainer Dionne went after on Twitter over their stage name. Next up was The Weeknd.

“The Weeknd is next. Why? It’s not even spelled correctly? @theweeknd,” Dionne wrote.

She then added, “If you have ‘The’ in your name i’m coming for you. I need answers today.”

Chance the Rapper Shares Update on Jeremih's Coronavirus Recovery

Jeremih is luckily doing much better after his battle with coronavirus.

The 33-year-old singer’s close friend Chance the Rapper took to Twitter on Thursday (December 3) to reveal that Jeremih will heading home on Friday.

“I AM FILLED WITH PRAISE RIGHT NOW I JUST HEARD MY BROTHER JEREMIH’S VOICE ON THE PHONE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ALMOST A MONTH,” Chance tweeted.

“HE WILL BE OUT THE HOSPITAL TOMORROW WE GIVE ALL GLORY TO THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME,” he continued.

Chance also shared his appreciation for all the nurses, doctors, and frontline workers who took care of Jeremih during his hospitalization.

“Thank you to the medical staff at northwestern and thank you to everyone who held him up in prayer even when it seemed so grim. We are a testimony,” Chance tweeted.

It was revealed a few weeks ago that Jeremih was fighting for his life in the hospital after being diagnosed with coronavirus.

He was on a ventilator for a few days before being taken off, but was still in “critical condition” in the ICU.

Several days later, Jeremih was transferred out of the ICU as he slowly improved.

Justin Bieber got very emotional on stage tonight.

The 26-year-old singer took to the stage as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live on Saturday (October 17).

For his first performance, Justin sang “Holy” along with collaborator Chance the Rapper. As the song came to a close, Justin bent over as became overwhelmed with emotions.

Chance smiled and supportively patted Justin‘s back as the show went to commercial.

For his second performance, Justin sang his latest single “Lonely” while collaborator Benny Blanco played the piano.

While singing, Justin started off backstage at SNL before making his way through the crowd and ended up singing on stage.

Earlier in the night, Justin‘s wife Hailey Bieber rocked a hot outfit as she arrived at the SNL studios to support her man.

Chance the Rapper Reveals Why He Passed on Starring in a McDonald's Super Bowl Ad

Chance the Rapper is revealing his interactions with McDonald’s.

The 27-year-old star spoke out about his decision to turn down an offer from the fast food chain to star in a Super Bowl ad in a tweet on Monday (October 5).

Chance responded to a tweet from designer JoeFreshGoods about J Balvin‘s new McDonald’s deal.

“they just used me to see if it could work and I proved it could,” JoeFreshGoods wrote.

“I was supposed to do a superbowl commercial with them. They played wit the money and when I said no, they hired a fake me. 😒😒,” Chance responded.

Fans have since speculated that Chance was referring to the 2017 McDonald’s Super Bowl ad in which a rapper appears and rhymes about a Big Mac.
