Bruce Willis & John Travolta to Reunite for New Action Thriller 'Paradise City'

Bruce Willis and John Travolta are teaming up!

Deadline writes that the actors have joined the cast of the upcoming action movie Paradise City.

Bruce is set to play a renegade bounty hunter named Ryan Swan who takes on the Hawaiian crime world to take revenge against a kingpin, played by John, who murdered his father.

The outlet adds that the film will be “similar to Miami Vice but with bounty hunters instead of cops.”

Thai actress Praya Lundberg has also joined the cast and will play the lead female role in the movie.

John Travolta and Bruce Willis famously worked together on the Quentin Tarantino film Pulp Fiction. They also appeared in 1989′s Look Who’s Talking, with Bruce voicing John‘s baby in the movie.

John recently reflected on his iconic dance with Princess Diana in 1985.

Bruce Willis & Jesse Metcalfe Will Play Father & Son in 'The Fortress' Trilogy Movies

Bruce Willis and Jesse Metcalfe are set to star together in The Fortress, Deadline reports.

The two actors will star as father and son in the film, which also stars Chad Michael Murray and Kelly Greyson.

The story revolves around a top-secret resort for retired U.S. intelligence officers. A group of criminals led by Balzary (Murray) breach the compound, hellbent on revenge on Robert (Willis), forcing the retired officer and his son (Metcalfe) to save the day.

Set up as a trilogy, the first film kicked off production today (May 3) in Puerto Rico, and is set for a back to back film shoot, with the third film happening at a later date.

The Fortress was developed by Emmett/Furla Films co-CEO Randall Emmett and Emile Hirsch and the scripts were written by Alan Horsnail.

Here’s the official summary: While in Florida on another case, FBI agents Karl Helter (Willis) and Rebecca Lombardi (Fox) cross paths with state cop Crawford, who’s investigating a string of female murders that appear to be related.

But when Lombardi herself is kidnapped, it’s a race against time before she becomes the serial killer’s next victim.

Emilie Hirsch and Lukas Haas also star in the movie, directed by Randall Emmett.

Megan and Colson, who goes by Machine Gun Kelly for his music career, revealed their relationship after wrapping the movie last year.

Bruce was seen, without his mask, entering and then leaving a local Rite Aid after being denied service because he was not wearing a face mask.

Face masks are required in most all establishments throughout the country to prevent the spread of coronavirus in humans.

Over 375,000 Americans have died from the virus, with over 22 million cases throughout the country as of January 10.

Bruce added in his statement with a message to fans: “Be safe out there everyone and let’s continue to mask up.”

While Bruce isn’t an anti-masker, many other celebrities are – including this musician.

The 65-year-old Die Hard actor was asked to leave a Rite Aid on Monday (January 11) after refusing to wear a mask amid the coronavirus pandemic, a source told Page Six.

The source said people in the store became upset, and despite having a bandana tied around his neck that he could have used, he reportedly wouldn’t wear a face covering. A rep for the star didn’t return Page Six’s request for comment.
