With Black Widow hitting Disney+ this weekend, we’re taking a look back at how much money the Marvel stars have made over the years for each of their films.

Each star has made very different amounts in their Marvel movies throughout the years from 2008 until today.

Brie Larson is saying goodbye to YouTube – for now!

The 31-year-old Captain Marvel star announced that she would be sharing videos to the platform last year amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Brie reflected on her first year on YouTube and revealed she would be taking a break from the channel in a video uploaded Thursday (July 1).

The 31-year-old actress and singer covered the Metric song in the 2010 movie, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, and now it will officially be out.

Some of Marvel‘s biggest superheroes recently assembled to celebrate the opening of the Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, Calif.

Stars including Paul Rudd, Anthony Mackie, Simu Liu, Brie Larson, Zoe Saldana, Jon Favreau and Marvel’s president Kevin Feige all checked out a sneak peek of the park, opening tomorrow. At the park, guests can join forces with characters like Iron Man, Black Panther, Black Widow, and more to ride attractions, taste fun food, experience a deeper Marvel experience, and much more.

On Wednesday night (June 2), Anthony and Paul hopped on stage for an opening ceremony event in front of the Avengers Headquarters to celebrate the big day.

FYI: Brie is wearing head-to-toe Celine. Paul is wearing Paul Smith.

Brie Larson is turning Tessa Thompson into a Fortnite fan!

The 31-year-old Captain Marvel actress joined the 37-year-old Men in Black star to teach her how to play the wildly popular game on her YouTube channel on Thursday (April 15).

“Tessa’s first Victory Royale! Sending all my love to Tessa Thompson for taking over my Fortnite and helping me win. And hoping this little ‘How To’ gained me a new gaming friend? We tamed wolves, had a few ‘snacks’ and got to explore this season’s new map together,” Brie captioned the video.

The virtual tag-team is also fun for Marvel fans, who know the two actresses as Captain Marvel and Valkyrie.

Halle Berry, Brie Larson and Selena Gomez are just three of the big names on an open letter of love to the transgender community, in honor of Women’s History Month and Transgender Day of Visibility.

“Trans women and girls have been an integral part of the fight for gender liberation. We uphold that truth and denounce the ongoing anti-transgender rhetoric and efforts we witness in various industries,” the letter — organized by GLAAD and Raquel Willis — reads.

It goes on, saying “we acknowledge with clarity and strength that transgender women are women and that transgender girls are girls. And we believe that honoring the diversity of women’s experiences is a strength, not a detriment to the feminist cause. All of us deserve the same access, freedoms, and opportunities. We deserve equal access to education, employment, healthcare, housing, recreation, and public accommodations. And we must respect each person’s right to bodily autonomy and self-determination.”

The letter also advocates for the end of “the long history of assaults” against trans women and girls, including recent anti-trans legislation.

“2020 was the deadliest year on record for the transgender community, seeing more than 44 killings, and, so far, there have been at least nine deaths reported this year,” it notes.

“We all must fight against the unnecessary and unethical barriers placed on trans women and girls by lawmakers and those who co-opt the feminist label in the name of division and hatred,” the letter concludes. “Our feminism must be unapologetically expansive so that we can leave the door open for future generations.”

Brie Larson is taking on a big new role.

The 31-year-old actress will star in and executive produce an Apple drama series called Lessons in Chemistry, Variety reported Friday (January 22).

The series received a straight-to-series order at Apple, and is based on the upcoming debut novel from author, science editor, and copywriter Bonnie Garmus.

Here’s a plot summary: “Set in the early 1960s, Lessons in Chemistry follows Elizabeth Zott (Larson), whose dream of being a scientist is put on hold in a society deeming that women belong in the domestic sphere, not the professional one. When Elizabeth finds herself pregnant, alone and fired from her lab, she musters the ingenuity only a single mother has. She accepts a job as a host on a TV cooking show, and sets out to teach a nation of overlooked housewives – and the men who are suddenly listening – a lot more than recipes, all the while craving a return to her true love: science.”

Erin Brockovich screenwriter Susannah Grant is writing the series. The book is set to be published in Spring of 2022.

Brie also recently got candid about her appearance, and revealed she thought she was “ugly.”
