Kaley Cuoco is all smiles as she strikes a pose on the red carpet alongside her husband Karl Cook at the 2019 Stand Up For Pits gala held at The Mayan on Sunday (November 3) in Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old actress and the 28-year-old equestrian were also joined by Kaley‘s sister Briana Cuoco as they both hosted the event, which is dedicated to saving lives and ending the abuse and discrimination of Pitbulls.

Also in attendance to show their support for the gala were Dead of Summer‘s Ronen Rubinstein, Mindy Sterling, The Flash‘s Jessica Parker Kennedy and Hartley Sawyer, Camryn Manheim and Kristin Davis.

“Another epic @standupforpitsfoundation event in the books!,” Kaley captioned with her Instagram post. “Thank you to everyone who came to support us 9 years in the making..one day we hope to stop all discrimination against these dogs and we won’t stop fighting for them until that day comes!”

Kaley Cuoco is gushing about her boyfriend Karl Cook!

“He is totally the guy,” the 31-year-old Big Bang Theory star said of the 26-year-old equestrian (via ET) while hitting the red carpet at the 2017 Stand Up For Pits event held at the Avalon on Sunday (November 5) in Hollywood.

“I think the common denominator is the horses, it just works for us,” Kaley added. “We have this special bond so, yeah, the animals. He’s so real. I’ve never met a kinder human being, he’s gentle, and he’s real. I’m completely in love with him. Nothing could be better.”

Kaley was joined at the event by her younger sister Briana Cuoco, Sex and the City‘s Kristin Davis, comedian Fortune Feimster and Bob Saget.

More recently, the sisters decided to step out in matching, head-to-toe denim outfits!

Briana has a starring role in the new show, and the 30-year-old Big Bang Theory actress stopped by to support her sister and snap a pic with the cast!

Baz is a “new generation cabaret and high-energy movie-music mash-up” that blends Baz Luhrmann‘s greatest love stories including Romeo + Juliet, The Great Gatsby, and others.

Kaley Cuoco flashes a big smile while holding onto an adorable pup at the 2015 Stand Up For Pits Comedy Benefit held at The Improv Comedy Club on Sunday (November 8) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 29-year-old The Big Bang Theory actress was accompanied by her sister Briana as she hosted the event in support of the Stand Up For Pits Foundation, which is a non-profit dedicated to saving lives and ending the abuse and discrimination of “Pitbull type dogs” (Pibbles) through live events, funds, education and advocacy.

“My two pits have made this last year so much better for me,” Kaley said on stage while fighting back tears, according to Us Weekly.

Earlier in the week, Kaley and her pal/co-star Johnny Galecki attended the Fallout 4 video game launch together in Los Angeles.

“Hilarious night out in the LA Arts District w/ @normancook #BFFsbite @ludwig1965 @bricuoco,” Johnny captioned with his Instagram post.
