Aaron Taylor-Johnson and wife director Sam Taylor-Johnson step out for the premiere of their new movie A Million Little Pieces on Wednesday night (December 4) at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif.

Joining the actor-director duo at the premiere included fellow cast members Billy Bob Thornton, Odessa Young, Juliette Lewis, and Giovanni Ribisi.

Also in attendance was James Frey, who wrote the controversial “memoir.”

The film follows the story of a 23-year-old alcoholic and drug abuser by the same name, James Frey. Taking place in 1993, Frey suffers an accidental fall due to his drug abuse. The incident becomes the last straw. Frey’s older brother Bob Frey Jr. (Charlie Hunnam) sends him to rehab to follow the strict twelve-step program to overcome his addiction. ‘A Million Little Pieces’ follows his time in rehab and tells the story of drug addiction and its many challenges to recovery.

The Amazon Prime Video series Goliath, starring Billy Bob Thornton, has been renewed for a fourth and final season.

The show’s third season premiered on October 4 and fans will get one more season before the series comes to a close.

“I’m thrilled we get another season to tell Billy McBride’s story. Our latest case tackles a timely global crisis that impacts an entire generation, and we will be adding some exceptional talent to our already amazing cast,” said executive producer Lawrence Trilling. “I’m so grateful to everyone at Amazon for their support of the show. Jennifer, Steve and Geyer have been dream partners, Billy Bob is a constant inspiration, and I’ve been blessed to work with a stellar cast and crew.”

Amazon does not reveal viewership data, but has said that Goliath is one of its “most popular” scripted series.

The 27-year-old Shaft actor and the 31-year-old The Last Man on Earth actress stepped out for the premiere of his film Zombieland: Double Tap at Regency Village Theatre on Thursday (October 10) in Westwood, Calif.

They dressed up as former couple Angelina and Billy Bob at the Gone in 60 Seconds premiere in June 2000.

If you recall, during that event, Angelina and Billy made out during their interviews, and Billy told one reporter that he and Angelina “f–ked in the car” on the way there.

Avan and Cleopatra, who have been dating since 2017, had everything from the outfits to Angelina‘s “Billy Bob” tattoo (which instead read “Avan Jogia“) down.

“Home in 60 seconds. @postmates,” Avan captioned the images on Instagram.

Billy Bob Thornton has a hilarious story about how he became friends with a group of gynecologists and it has to do with Jimmy Kimmel!

The 64-year-old entertainer explained that many years ago he was with Jimmy and friends including Woody Harrelson and Owen Wilson while attending South by Southwest.

When they were out one night, a group of women approached them and asked if Billy Bob and Jimmy could come wish one of the ladies a happy birthday.

The duo obliged and after sitting down with the group, learned that they were friends from medical school who had all become gynecologists. Eventually, Billy Bob invited the group to hang out on his tour bus.

“They all want to know about music and movies and what is Sylvester Stallone like…All I wanted to do was ask them about their deal!” Billy Bob explained.

It turns out that the women have a reunion trip every year and they’ve kept in touch with Billy Bob, calling him every year during their trip.

One of the women even brought Billy Bob a very unusual present to a recent concert!

Billy Bob Thornton walks the red carpet at the season three premiere of his Amazon series Goliath during the 2019 Tribeca TV Festival on Friday (September 13) in New York City.

The 64-year-old actor was joined at the event by co-stars Amy Brenneman, Tania Raymonde, Nina Arianda, Shamier Anderson, and director Lawrence Trilling.

Billy Bob opened up at the event about where he stands today with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie. They got married in May 2000 and announced their separation in June 2002.

“We’re good friends. We’ve been friends for years and years and years,” he told Us Weekly. “So we keep up with each other. She’s not in town a lot, so we don’t see each other much, but we talk.”

Aaron Taylor-Johnson stars as a young drug-addled writer who is approaching the bottom of his descent when he submits to two months of agonizing detox at a treatment center in Minnesota.

Charlie Hunnam, Juliette Lewis, Billy Bob Thornton, Giovanni Ribisi, and Odessa Young also star in the film directed by Aaron‘s wife Sam Taylor-Johnson.

The controversial “memoir” was written by James Frey and released back in 2003.

Angelina Jolie was married to Billy Bob Thornton from 2000-2003, and he spoke about her in a new interview to HFPA in Conversation, revealing the reason they couldn’t be together.

“That was a great time,” Billy Bob said of the years he was married to Angelina. “Angie is still a friend of mine and she’s a great person and she’s done so much. She makes movies that are important to her whether they succeed or fail, she still does what she believes in and I’ll always respect her for that.”

Billy Bob continued, “And I remember our time together has really been great. We just had different lifestyles. Hers is a global lifestyle and mine is an agoraphobic lifestyle. So that’s really, that’s the only reason we’re probably not still together.”
