Jonathan Groff & Idina Menzel Join 'Coco' Cast at Marigold-Carpet Hollywood Premiere!

Jonathan Groff is all smiles as he poses alongside Idina Menzel while attending the marigold-carpet premiere of Coco held at Hollywood’s El Capitan Theatre on Wednesday (November 8) in Hollywood.

The Frozen co-stars were joined by the voice stars of Coco: Anthony Gonzalez, Gael García Bernal, Benjamin Bratt, Alanna Ubach, Renee Victor, Jaime Camil, Selene Luna, John Ratzenberger, Edward James Olmos, as well as co-director-screenwriter Adrian Molina, producer Darla K. Anderson and director Lee Unkrich.

Also in attendance to show their support at the event was Darren Criss and girlfriend Mia Swier, Modern Family stars Rico Rodriguez and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, and Eugenio Derbez with his family.

Jonathan and Idina were in attendance in support Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, the 21-minute featurette that opens in front of Coco for a limited time.

The first teaser trailer for Disney and Pixar’s Coco has finally arrived!

Here’s a synopsis of the movie: Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel (Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector (Gael García Bernal), and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.

M83 to Katy Perry: Let Me Write Your Next Album!

Should Katy Perry and M83‘s Anthony Gonzalez team up to make some new music?

“I think I saw Katy Perry dancing [to] ‘Midnight City’ yesterday night,” Anthony wrote on the band’s Facebook page after performing at the 2012 Coachella Music Festival. “Katy, let me write your next album!”

Katy‘s also been vocal about being a fan of M83.

“I’ve been listening to, well, I guess it would have to be M83‘s last record, this past record. I think I’m going to see him at Coachella. Oh man, I’m so there. I love it so much,” she previously told MTV News.
