Annette Bening is talking about his lookalike status!

The legendary actress made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday (March 13), guest-hosted by Sean Hayes.

Annette opened up about her 28th wedding anniversary with husband Warren Beatty and said she’s inspired by her parents, who are coming up on their 70th anniversary.

She also talked about her resemblance to Senator Elizabeth Warren, and revealed she chatted with the former presidential candidate’s husband at a speaking engagement. Later on, since she spoke in a British accent in her film, Hope Gap, Sean put both their accent skills to the test with a game.

Annette Bening Witnessed Elle Fanning's First Real Kiss: It's 'On Screen For Eternity'!

Annette Bening and Elle Fanning have shared a rare moment together.

While making a joint appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Tuesday (March 10), the 61-year-old actress and 21-year-old actress reminisced about their longtime friendship.

Annette and Elle have starred together in 2013′s Ginger & Rosa, as well as 2016′s 20th Century Women.

Elle then revealed that her first kiss is actually forever documented in Ginger & Rosa: “I was 13. It was my first kiss total. Sally Potter who was the director, she had such a spidey sense,” she revealed. “I thought I was really fooling her to be like, you know, ‘oh yeah, I’ve kissed many men.’ I obviously wasn’t fooling her because years later she was like, ‘just so you know, I know it was your first kiss and because of that I used the very first take and that is in the movie.’ My first kiss on screen for eternity. I can watch my first kiss happen. It’s sweet, a bit embarrassing but sweet.”

Annette Bening & Bill Nighy Fall Out Of Love In Emotional 'Hope Gap' - Watch The Trailer

Bill Nighy makes a dramatic exit from Annette Bening in the new trailer for their movie, Hope Gap.

The movie is an “intimate, intense and loving story that charts the life of Grace (Bening), shocked to learn her husband (Nighy) is leaving her for another after 29 years of marriage, and the ensuing emotional fallout the dissolution has on their only grown son (Josh O’Connor).”

“Unraveled and feeling displaced in her small seaside town, Grace ultimately regains her footing and discovers a new, powerful voice.”

The upcoming movie is slated for a March 6th premiere.

Renee Zellweger & Adam Sandler Win Big at AARP Awards 2020!

Renee Zellweger and Adam Sandler accept the awards for Best Actress and Best Actor for their roles in Judy and Uncut Gems, respectively, at the 2020 AARP Movies for Grownups Awards on Saturday night (January 11) at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Laura Dern was also honored for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Marriage Story – and she received the award from mom Diane Ladd!

and Don Johnson were on hand to accept the award for Best Ensemble for their movie Knives Out, Noah Baumbach was honored with Best Screenwriter for Marriage Story, The Farewell‘s Zhao Shuzhen and Tzi Ma accepted the award for Best Intergenerational Film, and Martin Scorsese was honored with the Best Director Award.

Martin was also joined on stage by Robert De Niro when they accepted the award for Best Picture/Best Movie for Grownups for The Irishman.

Annette Bening was supported at the awards show by husband Warren Beatty where she was honored with the Career Achievement award.

Other stars at the event included Adam‘s wife Jackie, Billy Crudup, Alan Alda, Juliette Lewis, Tony Danza, Conan O’Brien, and Finn Wittrock.

Glenn Close & Annette Bening Glam Up For Golden Globes 2020

Glenn Close stuns in a royal blue dress while arriving at the 2020 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 5) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 72-year-old actress joined Annette Bening as a presenter for the ceremony, and also stepped out to support her The Wife co-star Jonathan Pryce.

Jonathan is nominated for Best Drama Actor for his movie, The Two Popes.

Annette is also nominating for Best Actress for her role in The Report.

FYI: Annette wore a Christian Siriano gown. Glenn wore a a custom Armani Privé dress with Cartier earrings.

On life with an empty nest: “A lot of women have a period of incredible growth after their children are no longer with them on a day-to-day basis.”

On her son Stephen’s gender transition: “He’s managed something that’s very challenging with great style and great intelligence. He’s an articulate, thoughtful person, and I’m very, very proud of him.”

On protecting her children: “When I was younger, part of me thought I could save my children from having to suffer, which was, of course, ridiculous. They have to go through their struggles.”

On films in Hollywood today: “So much of what we hear in Hollywood is that it’s youth focused. But, hey, we’re out here, too, right? We’re looking for films that are stimulating, provocative, intelligent and not exploitative in any way.”

The latest trailer for Adam Driver‘s upcoming Amazon Prime Video movie The Report has been released!

In the movie, idealistic staffer Daniel J. Jones (Driver) is tasked by his boss Senator Dianne Feinstein (Annette Bening) to lead an investigation of the CIA’s Detention and Interrogation Program, which was created in the aftermath of 9/11. Jones’ relentless pursuit of the truth leads to explosive findings that uncover the lengths to which the nation’s top intelligence agency went to destroy evidence, subvert the law, and hide a brutal secret from the American public.

The movie also stars Jon Hamm, Michael C. Hall, Douglas Hodge, Fajer Kaisi, Ted Levine, Jennifer Morrison, Tim Blake Nelson, Ben McKenzie, Matthew Rhys, Dominic Fumusa, Corey Stoll and Maura Tierney.
