Winona Ryder gives Ethan Hawke a kiss while presenting him with an honor at the 2016 Gotham Independent Film Awards on Monday (November 28) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

The Reality Bites co-stars looked as close as ever while sharing the stage at the award ceremony.

Later in the evening, Amy Adams was also presented with a tribute by her friend Cate Blanchett.

Anya Taylor-Joy was a big winner at the 2016 Gotham Independent Film Awards, taking home the prize for Breakthrough Actor!

The 20-year-old actress won the award for her work in the horror film The Witch. She was also seen this year in Morgan and she stars in the upcoming Netflix movie Barry.

Also in attendance at the event was American Honey‘s Sasha Lane, who was also nominated for Breakthrough Actor, as well as Other People‘s Maude Apatow with her mom Leslie Mann.

Zoey Deutch and Wyatt Russell stepped out to support their movie Everybody Wants Some!!, which was nominated for Best Feature.

Naomie Harris, Janelle Monae, Mahershala Ali, Ashton Sanders, Trevante Rhodes, Andre Holland, Jharrel Jerome, Jaden Piner, and Alex Hibbert were in attendance to accept the award on Monday night (November 28) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

Moonlight was the big winner of the night, taking home a total of four awards including Best Feature and the Audience Award!

Barry Jenkins and Tarell Alvin McCraney were also award the Best Screenplay prize.

Congratulations are in order for Casey Affleck, who won the award for Best Actor at the 2016 Gotham Independent Film Awards on Monday (November 28) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

The 41-year-old actor was joined at the event by his co-star Lucas Hedges, who was nominated for Breakthrough Actor, and director/writer Kenneth Lonergan, who was nominated for Best Screenplay.

Casey is a frontrunner for the Oscar next year and you can expect him to win many more awards this season!

Isabelle Huppert has pulled off an early win during awards season for her performance in the French movie Elle!

The 63-year-old actress won the award for Best Actress at the 2016 Gotham Independent Film Awards on Monday night (November 28) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

Also seen stepping out on the red carpet were Ruth Negga and Kate Beckinsale, who were nominated in the same category for their respective work in Loving and Love & Friendship.

Adam Driver and Aziz Ansari suit up while attending the 2016 Gotham Independent Film Awards on Monday night (November 28) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

The guys were joined at the event by Craig Robinson, Keegan-Michael Key and girlfriend Elisa Pugliese, Nick Kroll, John Leguizamo, Gael Garcia Bernal, Danny DeVito, and Brian Tyree Henry.

Adam and Craig are both nominated for Best Actor for their work in Paterson and Morris from America, respectively.

Aziz picked up the special Made in NY award at the event!

Amy, who is getting Oscar buzz for her movie Arrival, was joined at the event by husband Darren Le Gallo.

Also in attendance at the event were Certain Women‘s Greta Gerwig and Annette Bening, the latter who is nominated for Best Actress. The film itself is nominated for the Audience Award and Best Feature!
