Kanye West Is Involved in Kim Kardashian's KKW Beauty Makeover

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian still have professional ties, despite their split.

Following the announcement that Kim‘s KKW Beauty brand is getting a big makeover earlier this week, it’s been revealed that the 44-year-old Ye rapper is involved in that decision.

Despite initial speculation that it had to do with Kim dropping the “W” from the brand’s name, a source tells Page Six that’s not the case.

“Fun little fact, Kanye helped come up with the new name,” the insider told the outlet.

Another source told WWD, “Kim is still Kim Kardashian West and has not changed her legal name. The rebrand has been in the works for some time. Kanye actually helped Kim come up with the new name and the packaging. The innovative formulas and even the shopping experience of being able to shop all categories in beauty and cosmetics under one brand, one website has always been Kim’s vision from the beginning. She is incredibly excited about this next phase.”
