Saweetie Speaks Out After Quavo Elevator Altercation Video Surfaces

Saweetie is speaking out.

The 27-year-old “Icy Grl” superstar issued a statement via spokesperson after footage was released earlier in the week of what appeared to be an altercation between herself and ex Quavo in an elevator.

As reported earlier in the day, the police are also now investigating the footage.

“This unfortunate incident happened a year ago, while we have reconciled since then and moved past this particular disagreement, there were simply too many other hurdles to overcome in our relationship and we have both since moved on,” Saweetie’s spokesperson shared to Complex.

“I kindly ask that everyone respect my privacy during this time.”

The video appears to show a physical altercation over a case.
