The Crown has discovered its Princess Anne!

The hit Netflix series has cast Call the Midwife star Erin Doherty for the role of the daughter of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip in the upcoming third season, THR confirmed on Friday (June 22).

The Crown has already been renewed for two more seasons, with a plan to run for six seasons total to cover the Queen’s entire life.

Claire Foy, who played the young Queen Elizabeth, has been recast with Olivia Colman, while Tobias Menzies is taking over the role of Prince Philip for Matt Smith. Helena Bonham Carter will play Princess Margaret.
